Shipping policy

Majority of apparel items are made to order and require minimum four weeks to process. This time frame does not include the shipping duration. Please keep in mind I'm a full-time momma and have an 8-to-5-day job. Orders are completed and shipped as efficiently as possible. 

Shipping costs are a flat rate for orders less than $150. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. 

Free shipping is applicable on all US orders over $150!

Once LLH delivers your order to the post office, the package is no longer our responsibility. Please contact your local post office or refer to your tracking number for delivery information. 

If your order is returned to the LLH office due to an insufficient address, you will be required to pay the additional shipping and provide the correct address.
